Each rotation lasts 4–5 months. You work on real projects — pricing corporate accounts, supporting training cohorts, reconciling financials — not shadowing. The programme is based in Lagos with occasional travel to subsidiary offices. Over 18 months you'll rotate across the group's six subsidiaries, gaining exposure to every major line of business.
